الاتجاھات الحدیثة للحوكمة وأخلاقیات الأعمال للشركات الاقتصادیة في ظل الأزمات الراھنة

Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the theoretical framework of corporate governance and to address the various concepts and historical development through knowledge of theories and schools of thought that explain them, which tried to address conflict of interest. The study concluded that corporate governance arose as a result of the development of many modern management theories and the emergence of several theories that explained the necessity of their presence in companies to face the shortcomings and behaviors that governed the work of managers, and the nature of the relationship between the owners of the institution and its managers, which necessitated the use of modern mechanisms of management and control through the application of Corporate governance as a regulatory framework that ensures the protection of capital by activating transparency and accountability and working to achieve justice between the parties interested in the economics of the institution, the most important of these theories are "the theory of transaction cost, the theory of property rights, the theory of agency and the theory of the rooting of managers in the institution." In order to brief the various aspects of the subject of the study, and to answer the problem posed, the descriptive approach was relied on in order to clarify the basic concepts related to corporate governance, and to know the theories and schools of thought that explain them.

ملخص: راد الم للأف ة في الع ارة الالكتروني ة التج ا على اهمي ة كورون دت جائح أك املات ير ملامح التع المؤسسات والحكومات على حد سواء، كما انها ادت الى تغي عار من وأنماط العمل لما توفره من تطبيقات تساعد في مقارنة المنتجات والأس ان وقت و المك ات في ال ل المتطلب ول على ك د والحص ان التواج مك الملائم.وخلصت الدراسة اى جملة من النتائج: تخدامها دلات اس ادة مع - تنامي الاهتمام بتطبيقات التجارة الالكترونية وزي بصورة أسية في مختلف أنحاء العالم. ون اداة وحلا مهم - جائحة كورونا اكدت ان التجارة الالكترونية يمكن ان تك للمستهلكين في اوقات الازمات وأنها الحل الاقتصادي الفعال. - ضعف الوعي الالكتروني بين افراد المجتمع. -ضعف البنية التحتية للدفع الالكتروني في الجزائر. :Abstract The Corona pandemic has emphasized the importance of electronic commerce in the world for individuals, institutions and governments, and it has also changed the features of transactions and work patterns because it provides applications that help in comparing products and prices and obtaining everything you need at the appropriate time and place. -The growing interest in electronic commerce applications and the exponential increase in their use rates in various parts of the world. -The Corona pandemic confirmed that electronic commerce can be an important tool and solution for consumers in times of crisis, and that it is an effective economic solution. - Weak electronic awareness among members of society. -Weak electronic payment infrastructure in Algeria.

Many countries have also adopted industrialization as a means to achieve economic development and have protected their productive sectors, where the success of the industrialization strategy is based on the protectionist policy adopted by governments; Moreover, the high protection of domestic industrial production allows the achievement of national institutions within the import substitution strategy for accumulating knowledge sufficient to counter external competition. الوظيفة الثالثة للجامعة الجزائرية نحو علاقة جديدة بين الجامعة والمجتمع

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى محاولة ابراز دور الجامعة في المجتمع،من خلال مناقشة الاتجاهات والتقدم المحرز في و تقديم النتائج الرئيسية للدراسة التي حللت جميع المبادرات الواردة في المؤتمر، مع تسليط الضوء ،CUE( مبادرات باعتبارها أكبر جامعة رومانية عالمية المستوى تتمتع بملف أكاديمي معقد Babeş-Bolyai (UBB) على جامعة ومتعدد الثقافات، والتي تسعى من خلال استراتيجياتها الى زيادةمشاركةالمجتمعبالجامعة، اين توصلنا الى ان هناك مساران رئيسيان للحصول على مكانة جامعية على مستوى عالمي، وغالبًا ما يتم توظيفهما بشكل تراكمي في الجامعات الناجحة. حيث يعتمد المسار الأول على القدرة التنافسية الأكاديمية، المدعومة ماليا وتشريع ا،ًاما المسار الثاني هو زيادة رأس المال البشري والاجتماعي للجامعةعلى أساس آليات التكامل. وان تأثير الجامعة في المجتمع يتطلب رسم اتجاهاتوإستراتيجيات قصيرة وطويلة المدى، مثمرة مع المجتمع لابراز الخدمات المقدمة بوضوح، أي تقييم دور الجامعة في المجتمع حسب الخدمات التي تساهم من خلالها في التنمية المحلية والإقليمية. كما توصلنا الى ان سطرتمجموعة من الأهداف الاستراتيجية لخدمة المجتمعتعتمد على:التعليم،البحث والتطوير والابتكار )UBB( جامعة و العلاقة مع المجتمع، حيث تنفذ سلسلة من البرامج المختلفة لإدارة هذه الاستراتيجياتولتعزيزمستوى تأثيرها وجودتها، وفي نفس الوقت حتى تتمكن من المنافسة بالمعنى المقبول عمومًافي البيئة الأكاديمية الدولية، .Babeș-Bolya الكلمات المفتاحية: ،الجامعة،خدمة المجتمع ،الجودة،جامعة Abstract: This paper aims to try to highlight the role of the university in society, by discussing the trends and progress made in CUE initiatives, and presenting the main results of the study that analyzed all the initiatives presented in the conference, highlighting Babeş-Bolyai University (UBB) as the largest university A world-class Romanian with a complex and multicultural academic profile, which seeks through its strategies to increase community participation in the university, where we have come to the conclusion that there are two main paths to obtaining university status on a global level, and they are often employed cumulatively in successful universities. The university's impact on society requires drawing short and long-term, fruitful directions and strategies with the community to highlight the services provided clearly, that is, evaluating the role of the university in society according to the services through which it contributes to local and regional development.We also concluded that the University (UBB) has set a set of strategic objectives for Community service depends on: education, research, development, innovation and the relationship with society, as it implements a series of different programs to manage these strategies and to enhance the level of their impact and quality, and at the same time to be able to compete in the generally accepted sense in the international academic environment Keywords:university, community service, quality, Babeș-Bolya University..
