    المنفتح الدلالي للفتوى صياغة المعنى وإمكانه إلى النصّ القيمة (المحل) تحيين الناجز (actualisation)

    الملخص المنفتح الدلالي للفتوى من الصائر إلى التحيين "تحفة الناظر"/ العقباني الحفيد (871هـ/1467م)، ومن القراءة "بالجمع" إلى "المرافعة" ثمّة مسافة مثلى في استيطان النص، ومن امِّحاء المؤلِّف تحت وطأة النوع إلى ظهوره فثمّة مسافة أمثل، فهي انهمام تام فيما مرّ بتلمسان من صَرْفِ الدَّهر وحولِه. استخدمت مناهج علوم الطبيعة "المورفولوجيا" وزمن "الكرونوتوب"، حيث التعالق والرحمية فيما بينها من صلاتٍ وأواصر. Abstract "The semantic introduction of the text "Al-Fatwa .From the past to the present "Tohfat Al-Nazer" – Al-Aqbani Grandson: 871 H/ 1467 AD There is an optimal distance between reading the abstract and the detailed review of the text for optimal understanding, and there is another optimal distance between reviewing the text from .inside and just looking at it from the outside Therefore, the text is completely concerned with the hard time phases and tragedies passed by "Talmasan". Hence, Methodologies of the natural sciences such as "morphology" and the time of the "chromotop" were used, because of the strong interrelations .and bonds among them
