    آثار وتحديات اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي في شركات التأمين

    تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي في شركات التأمين و الآثار المحتملة لذلك والتحديات التي يواجهها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي تساهم في نشاط التسويق في شركة التأمين وتنمية مبيعاتها وتعزيز خدمة العملاء، كما تسهل من إدارة أصول الشركة ومخاطرها من خلال دعمها لأنشطتها وقراراتها، إلا أن اعتماد الذكاء الاصطناعي يتطلب التغلب على مجموعة من التحديات أبرزها إرتفاع التكلفة وطول الوقت وإمكانية انتهاك البيانات والخصوصية، بالإضافة إلى مساهمته في رفع نسبة البطالة واحتمالية خسارة العملاء بسبب قلة ثقتهم في التعامل معه. The study aims to shed light on the use of artificial intelligence in insurance companies, its potential impacts and the challenges it faces. The study concluded that artificial intelligence technologies contribute to the marketing activity of the insurance company, growing its sales and enhancing customer service, and facilitating the management of the company's assets and risks by supporting its activities and decisions. However, adopting artificial intelligence requires overcoming a set of challenges, most notably the high cost, long time, and the possibility of data and privacy violations, in addition to its contribution to raising the unemployment rate and the possibility of losing customers due to their lack of confidence in dealing with it.

    تقييم شعبة التفاح في الأوراس كبديل فلاحي مستدام

    تلعب زراعة التفاح دورًا متزايد الأهمية في التنمية الريفية في شرق الجزائر، خاصّة في منطقة الأوراس (ولايتي باتنة وخنشلة). بفعل السياسات الزراعية، التوسع في المساحات المزروعة، وتحول العديد من الفلاحين نحو زراعة التفاح، أصبحت هذه الشعبة من المكونات الأساسية لاقتصاد المناطق الجبلية والريفية. تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تحليل واقع شعبة التفاح في الأوراس عبر محاور: التطور الزمني للإنتاج، تكاليف الإنتاج والعوائد، سلسلة القيمة من الغرس حتى التسويق، إمكانيات التصدير، وتقييم التجربة والمسار نحو تنمية مستدامة. Apple cultivation plays an increasingly important role in rural development in eastern Algeria, particularly in the Aurès region (the provinces of Batna and Khenchela). As a result of agricultural policies, the expansion of cultivated areas, and the shift of many farmers toward apple production, this sector has become one of the essential components of the economy in mountainous and rural areas. This presentation aims to analyze the reality of the apple sector in the Aurès through several themes: the temporal evolution of production, production costs and returns, the value chain from planting to marketing, export potential, and an assessment of the experience and the path toward sustainable development.

    دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في تعزيز المرونة التنظيمية في شركة أمازون

    تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي يلعبه الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال أدواته وإمكاناته في تعزيز مختلف المرونة التنظيمية في شركة أمازون. وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تمثلت في أن الذكاء الاصطناعي يساهم في تعزيز المرونة التنظيمية لشركة أمازون من خلال دعم منتجاتها وخدماتها، بالإضافة إلى فوائده في تحسين التكاليف وخدمة العملاء، كذلك دوره البارز في تحسين شبكتها اللوجستية من خلال استخدام الخوارزميات المتطورة، كما أنه يسمح لها بادارة المخزون والطلب ومعرفة اتجاهات المستهلكين. The study aims to highlight the role played by artificial intelligence through its tools and capabilities in enhancing various organizational flexibility in Amazon. The study concluded with a set of results represented in that artificial intelligence contributes to enhancing the organizational flexibility of Amazon by supporting its products and services, in addition to its benefits in improving costs and customer service, as well as its prominent role in improving its logistics network through the use of advanced algorithms, as it allows it to manage inventory and demand and know consumer trends.
