مكانة إتفاقيات إيفيان في العلاقات الجزائرية – الفرنسية

Abstract

شكلت اتفاقيات إيفيان حلقة مفصلية، و منعرجا حاسما في تاريخ العلاقات الجزائرية الفرنسية المعاصرة، كونها وضعت حدا فاصلا لأزيد من 132 سنة من الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر من جهة، و مكنت الجزائر من استرجاع سيادتها المغتصبة من جهة أخرى، لكن هذه الاتفاقيات و لئن شكلت مرتكزا مهما لبناء العلاقات المستقبلية بين البلدين، فإنها حملت في متونها جملة من التناقضات و المسائل الخلافية التي جعلت كل طرف يسارع للتخلص من التزاماته في إيفيان. ففرنسا سارعت للتراجع عن الكثير من تعهداتها و الإخلال بأخرى مباشرة بعد وقف إطلاق النار يوم 19 مارس 1962م، و بدورها عملت الجزائر على التراجع عن جملة من التزاماتها خدمة لمشروعها 1989-1962 الوطني، لكن هذا لم يمنع البلدين من توقيع المزيد من بروتوكولات التعاون فيما بين سنتي لتنظيم العلاقات الثنائية وفق مقتضيات كل مرحلة.
