الرعاية النفسية اللاحقة للنساء المجرمات

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the effect of psychological care services in penal institutions and their role in criminal women rehabilitation and reintegration, and to monitor the subsequent psychological care reality in the external departments of the prison administration and its role in achieving the psychological and social adjustment among released women, As well as to identify the psychology of criminal woman and its corrolation with the need for psychological care within and outside the penal institution. The researcher used the clinical method, the study sample consisted of a five released women. The study tools are : The interview, Psychlogical Adjustment Quetionnaire, Symptoms Chechlist 90- Revised, and Rorschach Test. The results are : - Psychological care services in penal institutions contribute for criminal women rehabilitation and reintegration and they are effective on the modification of their personalities through new and acceptable behavioral models development, and achieving adaptation within the prison, and also developing their mental and cultural abilities, as well as developing social skills in dealing with others and encouraging them to acquire appropriate experiences and professional skills. - Neglect the subsequent psychological care for released women after their success in the penal institution and suffering from several psychological disorders that require the care and psychological follow-up. - The subsequent psychological care services are not effective in achieving the mental health and psychological and social adjustment among released women. - Some released women refused to enroll with reintegration department due to several considerations, the most notably psychological care dissatisfaction that they received in prison, as well as their fear of financial commitments and unwillingness to deal with all those in penal institutions.هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة اثر خدمات الرعاية النفسية القائمة في المؤسسات العقابية ودورها في تأهيل و اعادة إدماج النساء المجرمات، كما هدفت الى رصد واقع الرعاية النفسية اللاحقة القائمة في المصالح الخارجية التابعة لإدارة السجون و دورها في تحقيق التوافق النفسي و الاجتماعي للنساء المفرج عنهم، و كذا التعرف على سيكولوجية المراة المجرمة ومدى ارتباطها بالحاجة للتكفل النفسي داخل المؤسسة العقابية و خارجها و تحقيقا لهذه الاهداف حاولت الباحثة الالمام بكل ما يتعلق بالتراث النظري للدراسة من كم معلوماتي كما اعتمدت على المنهج الاكلينيكي في الجانب التطبيقي، حيث استخدمت ادوات لجمع البيانات و هي المقابلة، ومقياس التوافق النفسي و قائمة الاعراض المعدلة و اختبار الروشاخ على عينة مكونة من خمسة نساء مفرج عنهن. توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج و هي كالآتي: تساهم خدمات الرعاية القائمة في المؤسسات العقابية في تأهيل و إعادة إدماج النساء المجرمات ولها أثر فعال في إحداث تعديل في شخصياتهن من خلال تنمية نماذج سلوكية جديدة ومقبولة، و تحقيق التكيف داخل السجن، كما تساهم في تنمية قدراتهن العقلية و الثقافية، و كذا تنمية مهاراتهن الاجتماعية في التعامل مع الاخرين وتشجيعهن على اكتساب خبرات ومهارات حرفية ملائمة. إهمال القيام بالرعاية النفسية الاحقة للنساء المفرج عنهم بعد نجاحها في المؤسسة العقابية و معاناتهن من عدة اضطرابات نفسية تستلزم التكفل و المتابعة النفسية . عدم نجاعة وفعالية خدمات الرعاية النفسية اللاحقة في تحقيق الصحة النفسية و التوافق النفسي والاجتماعي للنساء المفرج عنهن. عزوف بعض النساء المفرج عنهن من الالتحاق بمصالح اعادة الادماج لاعتبارات عدة من أبرزها عدم الرضا عن التكفل النفسي الذي تلقينه في السجن و كذا تخوفهن من الارتباطات المالية و عدم الرغبة في التعامل مع كل من له صلة بالمؤسسات العقابية.
