Abstract

Summary of the research in English: The current study aimed to build an indicative program derived from the Sunnah to develop the social skills of the teacher, and to investigate its effectiveness in promoting the communicative competence of the learner (social skills). (Ronald Riggio RF1990) translation and Arabization of Mr. Ibrahim Samadouni (1991)), and the second measures the social skills of children prepared by (Mr. Muhammad Abdul Rahman) The researcher relied on the experimental method, with a pre- and postmeasurement, and re-applying the scale after a month from the end of the program on a sample of 10 individuals (teachers) to ensure the effectiveness of the counseling program in developing the social skills of teachers, on one hand and on the other hand, and to know the reflection of the program in improving Children's communicative competence: A pre and post measurement was conducted, and the scale was re-applied a month after the end of the program applied to teachers on a sample of learners consisting of 120 individuals (boys and females). After processing the data using the statistical program spss, the researcher reached the following results: The first general hypothesis, which states that: There is an effectiveness of the counseling program in the light of the Prophet's Sunnah in developing social skills among primary education teachers. The first partial hypothesis, which states that: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers on the social skills scale in the two measurements (before and after) (after applying the counseling program in the light of the Prophet’s Sunnah), in favor of the post-measurement. The second partial hypothesis, which states that: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of teachers on the social skills scale in the two post measurements (after applying the counseling program in the light of the Prophet’s Sunnah) and the follow-up, in favor of the follow-up measurement. The second general hypothesis, which states: There is an effectiveness of the counseling program in the light of the Prophetic Sunnah in developing the communicative competence of the learners. Or in other words: The effectiveness of the program (the Guidance Program in the Light of the Sunnah) after its application to teachers is reflected in improving the social skills (communicative competence of learners) of the learners. The first partial hypothesis, which states that: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of learners on the social skills scale in the pre and post measurements (after applying the counseling program in the light of the Sunnah to teachers), in favor of the post measurement. The second partial hypothesis, which states that: There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of learners on the social skills scale in the post measurement (after applying the counseling program in the light of the Prophet’s Sunnah to teachers) and the follow-up, in favor of the follow-up measurement. The research concluded with a general summary in light of the results, accompanied by a set of suggestions and recommendations. هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى بناء برنامج ارشادي مستمد من السنة النبوية لتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية للمتعلم، و تقصي فعاليته في ترقية الكفاءة التواصلية للمتعلم (المهارات الاجتماعية) و لتحقيق ذلك استعان الباحث بمقياسين بعد التاكد من صلاحيتهما من حيث الصدق و الثبات، الاول يقيس المهارات الاجتماعية لدى المعلمين من اعداد (رونالدو ريجيو Riggio R.F.1990) ترجمة و تعريب السيد ابراهيم السمادوني (1991)، و الثاني يقيس المهارات الاجتماعية للاطفال من اعداد (السيد محمد عبد الرحمن). و قد اعتمد الباحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي، بقياس قبلي و بعدي، و اعادة تطبيق المقياس بعد مرور شهر من انتهاء البرنامج على عينة قوامها 10 افراد (المعلمين) للتاكد من فاعلية البرنامج الارشادي في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية للمعلمين، هذا من جهة و من جهة اخرى و لمعرفة انعكاس البرنامج في تحسين الكفاءة التواصلية للاطفال تم اجراء قياس قبلي و بعدي، و اعادة تطبيق المقياس بعد مرور شهر من انتهاء البرنامج المطبق على المعلمين على عينة المتعلمين قوامها 120 فردا (تلميذا و تلميذة). و بعد معالجة البيانات بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الاحصائي SPSS توصل الباحث الى النتائج التالية: - تحقق الفرضية العامة الاولى التي نصت على انه: توجد فعالية للبرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية في تنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى معلمي التعليم الابتدائي. - تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الاولى التي نصت على انه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المعلمين على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية في القياسين (القبلي و البعدي) (بعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية)، و ذلك لصالح القياس البعدي. - تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الثانية التي نصت على انه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المعلمين على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية في القياسين البعدي (بعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية) و التتبعي، و ذلك لصالح القياس التتبعي. - تحقق الفرضية العامة الثانية التي نصت على انه: توجد فعالية للبرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية في تنمية الكفاءة التواصلية لدى المتعلمين. او بصياغة اخرى: تنعكس فعالية البرنامج (البرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية) بعد تطبيقه على المعلمين في تحسين المهارات الاجتماعية (الكفاءة التواصلية للمتعلمين) للمتعلمين. - تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الاولى التي نصت على انه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المتعلمين على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي (بعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية على المعلمين)، و ذلك لصالح القياس البعدي. - تحقق الفرضية الجزئية الثانية التي نصت على انه: توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسط درجات المتعلمين على مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية في القياس البعدي (بعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي في ضوء السنة النبوية على المعلمين) و التتبعي، و ذلك لصالح القياس التتبعي. و ختم البحث بخلاصة عامة في ظل ما اسفرت عنه النتائج مرفوقا بمجموعة من الاقتراحات و التوصيات.
