درجة استجابة محتوى مناهج المواد العلمية لحاجات تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط في ضوء التطورات التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية.

سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة استجابة محتوى مناهج المواد العلمية ( رياضيات، علوم طبيعية، علوم فيزيائية وتكنولوجية) لحاجات تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط في ضوء التطورات التكنولوجية و المعلوماتية وفيما إذا كانت هناك فروق بينهما تعزى لكل من متغير الجنس والخبرة المهنية، المادة الدراسية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تصميم استبيان مكون من (58) فقرة موزعة على محورين، الأول "درجة الاستجابة للحاجات المعرفية" (24) فقرة، والثاني "درجة الاستجابة للحاجات المهارية" (34) فقرة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من(111) أستاذ، من أساتذة المواد العلمية العاملين بالمتوسطات المتواجدة بمدينة جيجل. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة استجابة محتوى مناهج المواد العلمية لحاجات تلاميذ التعليم المتوسط (المعرفية و المهارية) في ضوء التطورات التكنولوجية و المعلوماتية متوسطة، و بأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، الخبرة المهنية و المادة الدراسية The purpose of this study was to identify the extent to which the content of science curricula (mathematics، natural sciences، physical and technological sciences) meets the needs of middle school students in the context of technological and informatics developments، and to determine whether there are differences attributable to gender، professional experience، and the subject taught. To achieve the study objectives، a descriptive-analytical approach was used، designing a questionnaire consisting of 58 items divided into two areas: the first، "the extent to which the curricula meet cognitive needs" (24 items)، and the second، "the extent to which the curricula meet skill needs" (34 items). The study sample consisted of one hundred and eleven (111) teachers of scientific subjects working in middle schools in the city of Jijel. The study results showed that the extent to which the programs met the cognitive and skill needs of middle school students in relation to technological and informatics developments was moderate، and that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to gender، professional experience، or the subject taught.

Contribution of Machine learning and GIS to the analysis of urban planning in flood-prone areas of Tebessa city. algeria.

Today, more than ever before, our cities are exposed to many issues and phenomena that are inevitable natural or human disasters that threaten their stability. According to rapid urbanization, many of these cities extend at the expense of flood-prone areas that cause human and economic losses and make them beyond any control. According to the National Social and Economic Council, the city of Tebessa is one of the most flood-prone cities in Algeria, which made this city suffer every time from flooding issues caused by flood-prone areas. On the one hand, the interaction between humans and the built and natural environment at the visual and sensory level is known as urban planning, which describes physical features as a framework for how to optimize the urban fabric in order to ensure the sustainability of the built environment, and on the other hand, urban planning is one of the most important components of the urban fabric and one of the factors that exacerbate the issue of flooding, especially in flood-prone areas. One of the tools used in this regard is the Geographic Information System (GIS), a system that analyzes, generates, manages and maps all types of data, and provides a basis for drawing, analyzing and using machine learning, helping users and decision makers to understand relationships, geographic context and patterns. In this regard, our goal in this research project mainly talks about using machine learning and GIS to analyze the urban planning of flood-prone areas to understand their characteristics in the city of Tebessa.

Sustainable Urban Planning in Arid Environments: A Comparative Analysis of Models from Dubai, Riyadh, and Arizona with Prospects for Adaptation in the Algerian Context

Cities in arid environments face complex urban and environmental challenges that require planning models sensitive to the scarcity of natural resources and the fragility of ecosystems. This paper seeks to answer the following central question: How have some international and Arab models succeeded in achieving urban sustainability in arid environments? And what is the potential for adapting these models in Algeria’s Saharan regions? The study aims to analyze three sustainable urban models: “The Sustainable City” in Dubai, the “Diplomatic Quarter” in Riyadh, and “Arizona Ecocity” in the United States, to extract mechanisms of adaptation and environmental planning applicable to the Algerian South. The paper adopts a comparative methodology based on Matrix Analysis (multi-criteria analysis matrix) to compare sustainability dimensions (environmental, economic, social, and architectural) among the three cases. The central hypothesis assumes that, despite contextual differences, these experiences share innovative solutions to deal with aridity and can offer adaptable tools locally, provided that the climatic and social specificities of Algeria are respected. The paper ultimately aims to present a practical vision for developing sustainable housing models in desert environments and supporting climate-adaptive urban policies in Algeria.

Pollution, Natural Risks and Land Pressure: What Future for Housing in Coastal Cities of Algeria? The Case of Jijel

Contemporary cities are under significant pressure due to demographic growth, rapid urbanization, economic transformations, and environmental disruptions. Once a symbol of modernity, the city is now increasingly associated with discomfort, insecurity, and various nuisances. In Jijel, unregulated urbanization has led to land pressure, uncontrolled land occupation, pollution, and environmental degradation. Housing, often located in risk-prone areas and characterized by informal construction, reflects these challenges. As both a social and identity-bearing space, it must now meet new demands for quality, comfort, sustainability, and resilience. The central question therefore arises: how can urban housing in Jijel be rethought to ensure safety and quality of life?

L'impact de la structure spatiale urbaine sur l'interaction sociale en utilisant la syntaxe spatiale

L’espace public urbain joue un rôle fondamental dans la ville, tant par sa dimension architecturale et symbolique que par sa capacité à refléter la culture et les spécificités de la société. L’étude de la relation entre la structure spatiale urbaine et les interactions sociales est un sujet très important, car elle nous permet d’expliquer et de comprendre les effets de la vie sociale dans les espaces publics urbains de la ville. La recherche vise à explorer la relation dialectique entre les paramètres spatiaux et les dynamiques sociales dans les espaces publics urbains des villes. Parmi les approches spécialisées ayant conduit à des résultats significatifs, nous retiendrons en particulier la syntaxe spatiale. Pour aborder cette question, nous présenterons certaines études antérieures ayant utilisé cette méthode dans différentes zones urbaines et villes.
