Résumé:
This research paper delves into the imperative commitment of pre-intervention self-control with regard to product compliance, a pivotal responsibility entrusted to all stakeholders engaged in the process of product introduction for consumption. Each stakeholder bears the onus of rigorously assessing the product's harmonization and responsiveness to not only technical regulatory stipulations but also distinctive requirements encompassing environmental considerations, health, safety, and security aspects. Any divergence from compliance prompts a comprehensive scrutiny of the pre-compliance self-control measures, irrespective of the underlying intention.
