Résumé:
In order to implement the established system and protect child from international instruments, international humanitarian law, international human rights law, conventions, and protocols, especially regarding non-international armed conflicts, it is necessary to have international protection institutions, mainly the principal organs and subsidiary organs of the United Nations, including the Security Council, through their expanded tasks and powers, to ensure the protection of child from all kinds of violations, whether as civilians or as child combatants.
Therefore, on the basis of the above, the Security Council, within the scope of its task of maintaining and intervening in international peace and security to achieve humanitarian goals, ensures the protection of child through the adoption and implementation of binding resolutions and preventive, compulsory, and compulsory measures, as well as the compliance of all parties to armed conflicts with their obligations under these resolutions by all possible means, regardless of the difficulties they encounter on the ground.
