يعتبر موضوع حرية الإنسان مجال للعديد من العلوم الإنسانية، حيث أن لحرية الإنسان ارتباط بالأخلاق والدين والفلسفة، كما أن هذا الحق يعتبر أساس منظومة حماية حقوق الإنسان، إذ أن كل حق من حقوق الإنسان تتطلب ممارسته توفر هامش من الحرية، لكن هذه الحرية شديدة الحساسية تجاه جملة المتغيّرات الدولية التي تطبع المجتمع الدولي، وتؤثر على الأنظمة الداخلية للدول، سواءً كانت هذه المتغيّرات ذات طبيعة سياسية أو اقتصادية أو اجتماعية ثقافية، ومن أبرز آثار هذه المتغيّرات ممارسات العنصرية والإرهاب، فرغم تجريم هذه الممارسات على المستويين الدولي والوطني، لازلت قائمة وتمثل أكبر عائق يقف في وجه ممارسة الإنسان لحريته.The subject of human freedom is the field of many humanities sciences, where the human freedom has link with morality, religion, philosophy, and this right is the basis of human rights protection system, as each human right requires his exercise the existence of margin of freedom .but this freedom is sensitive towards international variables in the international community, and that affect the internal systems of the states. The most prominent of these variables are racist practices.
Despite of the criminalization of these practices at the international and national levels it still represents the biggest of obstacle in the face of human and his freedom.
