نسعى عبر هذه الدراسة لمحاولة التأكيد على الدور المتنامي الذي تلعبه، عملية تمكين الموارد البشرية بالمنظمات، وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من المهارات والمعارف المكتسبة، وتحليل المنافع المحتملة للمنظمة، اعتماد على مدخل إدارة المعرفة، لما يمكن أن يتيحه من أسلوب علمي في اكتساب وتخزين واستخدام المعارف وقت الحاجة بما يخدم متطلبات المنظمة ويضمن لها البقاء، عبر جعلها منظمات تسعى للتعلم المستمر، استمرارية تجدد وتنوع واختلاف المعارف المتاحة، طالما أنها تعمل في بيئة مفتوحة يطبعها التنافس، التعاون، والاختلاف...، كروابط تؤكد على عدم جدوى الانعزال عن البيئة الخارجية، وتقيم دليلا في الوقت ذاته على أهمية مدخل إدارة المعرفة في تحقيق ذلك، انطلاقا من تمكين المورد البشري على اعتبار أن العملية المعرفية عملية بشرية بالأساس. played by the process of enabling human resources to organizations, through the use of acquired skills and knowledge’s, and the analysis of the organization potential benefits, depending on the knowledge entrance management, due to the scientific approach in the acquisition, stockpiling and the use of knowledge that it allows when needed to serve the organization requirements and ensure their permanence, through letting it seek for continuous learning, constant renewal, diversity and differences of the available knowledge’s, as long as it works in an open environment characterized by competition and cooperation, and diversity..., as connections which confirm the futility of the isolation from the external environment and at the same time it gives evidence about the importance of the knowledge entrance management in achieving that, starting by enabling human resource considering that the knowledge process it’s basically a human process.
