In this thesis, we study the azimuthal decorrelation observable d? between a jet and a Z boson at hadroncolliders. Workingwithjetsthatarereconstructedusingthe E-schemeinthe kt andanti-kt algorithms, we aim to achieve a full NLL resummation and therefore the treatment of non-global and/or clustering logarithms is required. We evaluate the latter logarithms two loops and numericallyestimatethemtoall-ordersinthelarge-Nc limit. Theaccuracyoftheperturbativeexpansion of the resummed distribution at fixed order is extended to NNLL accuracy by including O(as) NLO corrections obtained with MadGraph5_aMC@NLO. We compare our findings with experimental data and results obtained from event generators.
