Résumé:
The health sector is one of the most important sectors at any country. The adoption of social
responsibility towards human resources in this sector , plays a major role in achieving a high level of
job satisfaction for its employees. This leads to the emergence of employees’ desire to continue
working with better performance.
Therefore, this study aimed at analyzing the effect of the social responsibility on the human
resources ‘ performance in the health sector. Taking The university's medical center in Batna as a
sample and a field of study, to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed as a basic tool for
testing and analyzing the hypotheses of the study depending on the various statistical methods and
The descriptive , the inductive method were used. The study sample consisted of 315 individuals , who
represent the workers who were randomly selected , distributed on the various branches of the
university's medical center in Batna.
The study concluded that the adoption of social responsibility towards human resources in the
university's medical center came at an average level. Whereas , the level of human resources’
performance came at a high level. In addition, a statistical impact relationship has been emerged in the
application of social responsibility with all its dimensions to improve the human resources’
performance. This , After it was ascertained that there was a strong positive correlation between the
two variables. يعتبر قطاع الصحة من أهم القطاعات في أي دولة، وتبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية اتجاه الموارد البشرية في هذا القطاع
يلعب دورا كبيرا في تحقيق مستوى مرتفع من الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين به وهذا ما يؤدي إلى توليد الرغبة لديهم في
الإستمرار بالعمل وبأداء أحسن.
لذا هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل أثر تطبيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية على أداء الموارد البشرية في القطاع الصحي، من
خلال الأخذ بالمركز الإستشفائي الجامعي بباتنة كعينة وميدان للدراسة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تصميم استبيان كأداة
أساسية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة وتحليلها وهذا بالإعتماد على مختلف الأساليب الإحصائية ، كما تم استخدام المنهج
الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستقرائي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (315) فرد، يمثلون العاملون الموزعون على مختلف
الأسلاك المتواجدة في المركز الإستشفائي الجامعي بباتنة والتي تم اختيارهم وفقا لطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية.
وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مستوى تبني المسؤولية الإجتماعية اتجاه الموارد البشرية في المركز الإستشفائي الجامعي
جاء بمستوى متوسط؛ أما مستوى أداء الموارد البشرية جاء بمستوى مرتفع؛ إضافة إلى ذلك وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة
إحصائية لتطبيق المسؤولية الإجتماعية بأبعادها في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية بعدما تم التأكد من وجود علاقة ارتباط
قوية وموجبة بين المتغيرين.
