Résumé:
This study tried to present and discuss the aspects of the trilogy (the text, the
mind, the reality) presented respectively in the other trilogy (interpretation of
Quran: tafsir, divine law:Sunan, modern era) embodied in the title of this
research:
The Divine Laws and the Interpretation of Quran in the Modern Era.
This subject is treated through three chapters:
The first chapter examined the concept and tools of interpretation, and its
methods and trends.
The second chapter treated the concept of Divine laws, and its properties
and types.
Than came the third chapter mating between interpretation and divine
laws, through interpretive approach, and the Quranic drafting of Divine laws and
its three contexts.
First: the study proved that the review of the concept of “interpretation:
tafsir” and its evolutionary reading stated that it is broader than just a linguistic or
jurisprudential treatment of Quran. It is in fact, a discretionary scientific process,
interactive with the Quranic texts to understand and apply them, for downloading
that on the human reality, by invoking some self capacities and abilities, and
overcome the existing knowledge, employing media-methodologies, to perform our duties and realize the supervision of Quran over the real world, in order to
please God and preserve his mercy and paradise.
When tracing the historical approaches of Quran’ interpretations
methodology we found that tafsir in the modern era -since Imam Mohammed
Abdou- moved from the ‘language’ of methods into the ‘language’ of directions,
with the continuation of the two traditional tafsir’ winds and minds: creative and
narrative, or using mind and transferring mind. With the trend of innovative
contemporary doctrines: social, scientific and literary tafsir’ methods.
uded Secondly: the conceptual analysis concl that the divine laws are those
patterns that had been set by God in every universal subject to submit to Allah in a
steadily and regularly.
Based on this concept, the divine laws’ notions and characteristics had been
distributed through four dimensions:
1- The divine dimension, which reflects the fact that Allah’s ‘Sunan’ are
based on the wills and wishes of Allah.
2- The legal side of ‘Sunan’ presents the strict and legal face of divine laws
and its reasoning.
3- The methodological dimension looks at divine laws as conducts and
methods and ways of acting.
4- The cultural side sees the divine laws as traditions and examples of fixed
and general habits.
Basing on these characteristics, the divine laws ‘Sunan’ are distributed on the
seen and unseen words. The lived world’s Sunan include the laws of the physical
universe and the human existence, both individual and collective. While the unseen worlds’ Sunan contain the laws of before life, and the
absented laws, and the after life laws.
d explanations of linguistic Thirdly: the limite and jurisprudential
interpretations of Quran, prospects never the divine laws in the Quranic contexts.
Quran is full of divine laws, formulated in the conditional or active or
directional forms, presented as statement or report or processing or presentation.
Although the divine laws in Quran are often in social and historical contexts,
however Quran includes all the divine laws either legislative and guidance, or
universal or historical.
This latter which devoted in this research –as in Quran- a private huge and
important space, through a theoretical model of the Quranic stories, and a
practical applied model of the Quranic story of our father Adam –peace be up on
him-, as a story of the first paternal men and the start of life. This story
summarized the divine laws of succession and the existential function of human
being.
