تغيرات اليد العاملة في الجزائر

Abstract

على اعتبار أن قطاع السياحة و الصناعة التقليدية أحد أهم الأنشطة التي تقوم عليها اقتصاديات كثير من الدول فقد قمنا بتسليط الضوء في هذا البحث على معرفة مدى قدرة قطاع السياحة و الصناعة التقليدية على إعطاء حركة تنموية للاقتصاد الوطني الجزائري من جانب التشغيل، و بذلك فالإشكالية تتمحور حول تغيرات اليد العاملة في قطاع السياحة و الصناعة التقليدية خلال الفترة (1990-2014) حيث يساهم القطاع في توفير مناصب عمل تمس مختلف شرائح المجتمع و التي بدورها تؤدي إلى تحسين المستوى المعيشي للأفراد كما تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة المعيقات التي تواجه قطاع السياحة و الصناعة التقليدية، و الذي عرف تغيرات في هيكلته وعدم الاستقرار بالتطرق إلى مراحل تطوره منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا و التطرق لأهم الإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها لمواجهة ذلك بتسطير استراتيجيات، لنعرض في الأخير أهم الإنجازات التي استطاع تحقيقها في جانب توفير مناصب العمل، مع الخروج باقتراحات و توصيات لإثراء هذه الدراسة. Considering that the tourism and handicrafts’ sector is one of the most important activities on which the economies of many countries are based, in this research, we shed light on the extent to which this sector has been able to contribute in the development movement of the Algerian national economy with regard to employment. Thus, the problem is centered on labor changes in the aforementioned sector during the period 1990-2014. This sector contributes to the provision of employment positions affecting various segments of society, which in turn lead to improve the standard of individuals’ living. The study also aims at identifying the obstacles facing the tourism and handicraft’s sector, which has witnessed changes in its structure and instability, by addressing the stages of its development since independence to the present day. Moreover, the present study outlines the most important achievements which have been accomplished such as the provision of job positions. A number of suggestions and recommendations are put forward to enrich this study.
