إسهام تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الإتصال في تطوير المواقع الإعلامية

Abstract

تلعب المواقع الإلكترونية الإعلامية دورا رئيسيا في تحديد توجهات الجمهور العام حيال قضايا .وطنية دولية .مصيرية. إذ يعتمدعليها الملايين للاستقاء الأنباء كما أن تطورات العصر تقضي بضرورة مواكبة هذه الوسائط التكنولوجية للمستجدات التكنولوجية للإرضاء المستخدمين إذ عملت المؤسسات الإعلامية الوطنية عينة الدراسة علي تطوير الجانب التقني لنشر الإلكتروني و طورت نسخ مواقعها منها وكالة الأنباء الجزائرية APS و بوابة الشروق و موقعي التلفزيون الجزائري، و كل شئ عن الجزائر TSA حيث عملت علي تطوير النشر الإلكتروني ، و تعرضنا في أطروحتنا لمستجدات التصميم الشكلي و استخدامات الملتمديا و الأنفوغراف. و الفيديوغراف و إنتهينا إلي مبحث تطبيقي تعرض لتطورات الشكلية و الضمنية للمواقع الإخبارية الوطنية حيث تعرضنا لمختلف التحسينات التي عملت عليها و إستخدمنا في إنجاز الأطروحة المنهج المسحي التحليلي في دراستنا الوصفية لمعرفة العوامل التكنولوجية و البشرية التي عملت علي إخراج المواقع الإعلامية الإلكترونية عينة الدراسة علي الصورة التي نراها اليوم و كانت سؤال الجوهري لدراسة ما دور التطور التقني في وسائل التصفح في التحديثات الشكلية و الضمنية التي عرفتها المواقع الوطنية في سنة 2017، و ماهي أهم التطورات التي عرفها العمل الإعلامي الإلكتروني الوطني و كانت تساؤلاتنا كالتالي: - كيف واكبت المواقع الإعلامية ظهور وسائل جديدة لتصفح الرقمي؟ - ما التحولات التي عرفتها غرف الاخبار نتيجة الاندماج الرقمي و الإعلامي. - ما الأغراض الإعلامية التي تستعمل فيها الأنترنت. - كيف أثر المستخدمين علي شكل عرض الأنباء في المواقع الإعلامية الإلكترونية: و كانت النتائج كالتالي: - إن الاندماج الإعلامي غير عالم إنتاج الأخبار علي فضاء الأنترنت و حول قاعات التحرير فيما يشبه المصنع نتيجة التخصص و إلغاء بعض المهام. - إن إخراج المواقع الإلكترونية ماهي إلا عملية تقنية تحريرية معقدة تتحكم في حجم المتابعة. - إن الفيديو غراف و الأنفوغراف و الملتميديا أهم مخرجات عصر بث المعلومة علي النت. - إن الالتقاء الرقمي و بعده الاندماج الإعلامي جعل من المحرر و التقني في خدمة المتابع الذي يشارك في صناعة المعلومة. - إن المواقع الإلكترونية الإعلامية لكل من وكالات الأنباء و التلفزيونات و الراديو واجهة للمؤسسة و وسيلة ترويج لخدماتها و مصدر لدخل مالي. - إن الهواتف الذكية أثرت علي الصناعة الرقمية للأنباء و جعلته متغيرا شديد التأثير و التفاعل. - إن صناعة المواقع الإعلامية متغيرة حسب التغيرات التكنولوجية و الفنية. - تحولت جميع مؤسسات الإعلام للإنتاج المحتوي الإلكتروني لزيادة التأثير و الانتشار نتج عن ذالك زبادة التفاعلية و توقير محتوي خاص للمشتركين و التركيز الانتاج مختويات متعددة الوسائط مع الاعتماد علي الفيديو غراف و الأنفوغراف و الصورة. - عرفت المواقع الإعلامية عينة الدراسة تطورات متلاحقة في الشكل و المحتوي لجعلها مصدرا دائم المتابعة. Media websites play a key role in defining the trends of the general public on international and national issues. Millions depend on them for news. Today's developments require that these technological media be kept abreast of technological developments to satisfy users. The media organizations have worked to develop the technical aspect of the electronic dissemination and have developed copies of their websites such as the Algerian News Agency and the portal Al-Shurooq, the Algerian television sites, and everything about Algeria TSA where I worked on the development of electronic publishing, and we presented in our thesis the updates of formal design and the uses of the Mastadia and the Anfograf. VideoGraph And we ended up with an applied research that was exposed to the formal and implicit developments of national news websites where we were exposed to various improvements that I worked on and we used the analytical survey curriculum in our metadata study to know the technological and human factors that worked to produce the electronic media websites sample study on the picture we see today and was a fundamental question to study what role technical development in browsing methods in the formal and implied updates that we knew.
