الحرية و الديمقراطية في فلسفة برتراند رسل

Abstract

نحاول من خلال هذا العمل تقديم مقاربة عن مسألة الحرية و الديمقراطية في فلسفة برتراند رسل، و عن علاقة ذلك بنظرته للسلطة التي كان يدعو باستمرار إلى الحد منها ما أمكن ضمانا للحرية و المبادرة الفردية. و عن تفضيله لنموذج الحكم الديمقراطي باعتباره البيئة الأنسب للتعبير عن الرغبات الإبداعية و لممارسة الحريات الليبرالية التي لا يمكن أن تتوافر في مجتمع آخر، و لأن الديمقراطية في تقديره توزيع عادل للسلطة فإن هذا التوزيع العادل للسلطة لا يشمل السلطة السياسية و حسب، بل يمتد ليشمل التأسيس لنوع من العدالة الاقتصادية و ذلك من خلال النموذج الفيدرالي الذي يقترحه بما هو تفويض للسلطة، إن في المجال السياسي أو في المجال الاقتصادي. كما حرصنا من خلال هذا العمل على ابراز الدور الذي للتربية و التعليم في تفعيل قيمتي الحرية و الديمقراطية و في تكوين الفرد الحر، المعتد بنفسه، و المواطن الذي يستشعر واجب الآخرين عليه و يسعى بالتعاون معهم إلى تحقيق الخير العام. Through this work, we try to present an approach to the issue of freedom and democracy in the philosophy of Bertrand Russell, and its relationship to his view of authority, which he constantly called for limiting it as possible to ensure freedom and individual initiative. And his preference for the model of democratic governance as the most appropriate environment for expressing creative desires and exercising liberal freedoms that cannot be found in another society, and because democracy in his estimation is a fair distribution of power, this just distribution of power does not include political power only, but extends to include the establishment of a kind of economic justice And that is through the federal model that he proposes as a delegation of authority, whether in the political field or in the economic field. We have also been keen, through this work, to highlight the role of education in activating the values of freedom and democracy and in the formation of the free individual, the arrogant person, and the citizen who feels the duty of others to him and seeks to cooperate with them to achieve the common good.
