The establishment of various projects required by the necessities of development and meeting the renewed needs of the population must take into account the preservation of the environment to achieve sustainable development. The mechanism of studying the environmental impact of projects comes from legal guarantees that embody that protection, if it is implemented on a degree of scientific reliability and credibility.
