بـن مهــدي, هـاديــة2023-08-292023-08-292020-01-22كلية الحقوق والعلوم السياسية2352-975Xhttps://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/6560مقال منشور في المجلد 07- العدد 01 (العدد التسلسلي 18) جانفي 2020- مجلة الباحث للدراسات الأكاديمية – جامعة باتنة 1تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور البلدية في تحقيق التنمية المحلية المستدامة باعتبارها أهم إدارة جواريه يمكن الاعتماد عليها في تنفيذ السياسة العامة للدولة، خاصة وأنَّ الجزائر قد التزمت في برامجها التنموية بتحقيق أبعاد التنمية المستدامة من خلال المصادقة على المعاهدات والاتفاقيات الدّولية، وسن القوانين المتعلقة بالبيئة والتنمية المستدامة. انتهت الدراسة إلى أن البلدية هي الشريك الأمثل للدولة في تحقيق التنمية الشاملة عن طريق التوجه نحو نموذج جديد للتسيير قائم على المبادرات والمشاريع المنشئة للثروة وتشجيع الاستثمار المحلي وحوكمة التنمية المحلية المستدامة. This study aims at highlighting the municipality's role in achieving sustainable local development as the most important and reliable proximity administration in the implementation of the general policy of the state, especially that algeria has committed, in its development programs, to achieve the dimensions of sustainable development through ratifying international treaties and conventions, and enacting laws on environment and sustainable development. The study concluded that the municipality is the optimal partner for the state in achieving comprehensive development by moving towards a new model of management based on initiatives and projects that create wealth, encouraging local investment and governing local development.otherالبلديةالتنمية المحليةالاستثمار المحليالتنمية المستدامةArticle
