Hyperbolic forms represent some of the most powerful morphological tools employed by the Qur’an to impart depth and intensity of meaning. They play a crucial role in amplifying semantic significance and achieving the desired rhetorical impact. These forms, which follow specific morphological patterns, are not mere indicators of the agent or the action; rather, they transcend simple description to emphasize abundance, intensity, continuity, or recurrence thus enhancing the emotional and cognitive effect of the meaning on the reader and granting it a deeper interpretive dimension. Through their precise morphological structures, these hyperbolic patterns convey nuanced semantic shades that vary according to their morphological form, endowing the text with unmatched depth and richness.
