سبتي, حليمة2022-12-192022-12-192022-01-01https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/3692مقال نشر في المجلة الجزائرية للأمن والتنمية المجلد11 العدد01 ص 209-222سعى هذه الدراسة لقياس مؤشرات الأمن الإنساني في الساحل الافريقي ومدى تأثيرها على رسم الاستراتيجيات الأمنية بالتركيز على عنصري التحرر من الخوف والتحرر من العوز وفق التفاعل الشبكي لمصفوفة الأمن الإنساني، يتم في البداية رصد البعد الانساني للأمن والانتقال من أمن الدولة إلى أمن الفرد( أمن الفرد محور وضمانة أمن الدولة)،ثم فحص التهديدات وتحليل مسببات تنامي وتيرتها في الساحل الافريقي، وفي الأخير تهدف لفهم الاعتماد المتبادل بين أبعاد الأمن الانساني ومختلف الفواعل لتحقيق أكبر قدر من التنمية عبر آليات محلية اقليمية ودولية. This study seeks to measure the indicators of human security in the Sahel and the extent of their impact on drawing security strategies by focusing on the two elements of freedom from fear and freedom from need according to the network interaction of the human security matrix, the human dimension of security and the transition from state security to individual security is monitored first.
