بن بعطوش, احمد عبد الحكيمقوميدي, الصديق2022-12-132022-12-132021-01-01https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/3544مقال نشر في المجلة الجزائرية للأمن والتنمية المجلد 10 العدد 01 ص 673-686تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف عن دور الحوار التربوي في التزام التلاميذ بقواعد الحياة المدرسية من وجهة نظر الفاعلين التربويين بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي بمدينة سطيف خلال الموسم الدراسي 2019/2020، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (75) فاعل تربوي موزعين بين المديرين، النظار، مستشاري التوجيه ومستشاري التربية، مشرفي التربية والأساتذة، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتفسير متغيرات الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها، أين أظهرت النتائج أن أساليب الحوار التربوي التي تمارس في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي حاليا لا تؤدي بشكل أمثل إلى الالتزام بقواعد الحياة المدرسية. This study attempts to reveal the role of educational dialogue in students’ adherence to the rules of school life from the viewpoint of educational actors in high school education institutions in Setif during the academic year 2019/2020. The study sample consists of 75 educational actors distributed among principals, assistant principals, guidance counselors, educational counselors, educational supervisors, and teachers. Also, we opted for the descriptive approach to explain the variables of the current study and achieve its goals.
