فراح, صبرينة2022-11-072022-11-072018-03-01https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/2790مقال نشر في مجلة الاقتصاد الصناعي - خزارتك – المجلد 08 العدد 01 ص 185-200أسفرت القمة الأوروبية في جوان 2012 عن ميلاد مشروع جديد: الاتحاد المصرفي الأوروبي، هذا المشروع يهدف أساساً إلى كسر الحلقة المفرغة بين الأزمات المصرفية وأزمات الديون السيادية في منطقة الأورو. ونحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على الاتحاد المصرفي الأوروبي وكيفية عمله والركائز الأساسية التي يقوم عليها. وقد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهداف الاتحاد المصرفي الأوروبي وأهم العقبات التي تعترضه وقد تحول دون إتمام هذا المشروع. The European summit of June 2012 gave birth to a new project: the European Banking Union (UBE), which aims to break the vicious circle between banking crises and sovereign debt crises in the euro area. In this study, we try to shed light on the European Banking Union, its functioning and the underlying pillars on which it is based.
