طويل بهاء الدين2026-03-312026-03-312026-03-31https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/9447مطبوعة موجهة لطلبة السنة ثانية ليسانس (جميع الفروع)لا يعزُب عن أعلام الإدارة والتسيّير، وكذا من شرعُوا حديثاً في هذا المَيْدان، ما حظِيَت به إدارة الأعمال مِن اِهتِمامٍ؛ كونَها سبيل المُنظمات في مُواجَهة التحدِّيات والأخطار المُلِمة بِها، في نِطاق بيئةٍ ديناميكِيَةٍ مُتسارِعة الخُطُوات، والتِّي أرَّقت استِقرارها وبقائَها المنشُود. لِأجل ما سبق، نُيمِّم دِراسة مِقياس مدخلِ إدارة الأعمال، عبر ما يُقدِمُه من ركائِز عِلمِيَةٍ ومُمارساتٍ عملِيَةٍ، تشمل جوهر إدارة الأعمال، خلفِيَته التاريخِيَة تطوُّر الأفكار التِّي طالته، ووظائِفه المُتفرِقة... يُعد مِقياس مدخل إدارة الأعمال مِقياساً سُداسِياً ضِمن الوِحدة الأساسِيَة، في برنامج السنة الأولى جِذع مُشتَرك (التعليم الأساسي) للعُلوم الاقتِّصادِيَة، التِّجارِيَة وعُلوم التسيّير، حيث يُدرَس بمُحاضرةٍ وتطبيقٍ، يتِم في هذه الأخيرة التقييم والتقويم المُستمِرَين للطلبة، فيما يتم تقيّيم معارِفهم في المِقياس بإجراء امتحانٍ نِهائيٍ سُداسيْ. مِما أسلفناهُ، لم نجد بُداً من إِخراج هذا العمل في ثلاثةِ فُصولٍ، كُلُّ فصلٍ على حِدى بمثابة مدخلٍ قائِمٍ بذاتِه في اتجاهاتٍ بِعَيْنِها مِن عِلم إدارة الأعمال؛ لغاية توطيد وتأمين معارِف الطلبة إِزاء تفاصيل هذا المِقياس من: مفاهيم، نظريات... It is not unknown to scholars of management and administration, as well as to those who have only recently entered this field, the degree of attention that business administration has received, as it represents the means by which organizations confront the challenges and risks surrounding them within a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment—one that has threatened their desired stability and continuity. In light of the above, this course Introduction to Business Administration aims to study the discipline through the scientific foundations and practical applications it offers. This includes the core of business administration, its historical background, the evolution of the ideas that have shaped it, and its various functions. The Introduction to Business Administration course is a six-credit module within the core unit of the first-year common trunk (basic education) program in Economic Sciences, Commercial Sciences, and Management Sciences. It is taught through lectures and practical sessions, the latter involving continuous assessment and evaluation of students, while their knowledge of the course content is assessed through a final semester examination.
