نعناعة توامة2025-09-112025-09-112025-01-31مجلة الإحياء، كلية العلوم الإسلامية، جامعة باتنة1، المجلد 25، العدد 1، الرقم التسلسلي للعدد 36، جانفي 2025، ص-ص: 669-6821112-4350https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/8546تطرقنا في هذا البحث واستنادا إلى مجموعة من المعطيات والتجارب الدولية إلى متطلبات ومعايير استغلال التراث الأثري في صناعة ودعم السياحة الثقافية، والتي تتمحور في الأساس حول ضمان سلامة هذا التراث واستمراريته ثم ضمان استفادته من عائدات هذا الاستغلال في إطار تمويل تسييره وحفظه وترميمه، ومن ثم استعرضنا أشكال هذا الاستغلال والآليات التي يتم بها، مما سمح لنا باكتشاف الفرص المختلفة والآفاق الواسعة التي يمكن للتراث الأثري أن يمنحها للسياحة الثقافية فيساهم بفعالية في صناعتها أو على الأقل في دعم ما تتضمنه من خيارات وعروض. بالمقابل اكتشفنا ما للالتزام بالشروط والمعايير الدولية في الاستغلال السياحي للتراث الأثري من انعكاسات وفوائد على هذا التراث، سيما حين يستفيد هذا التراث من عائدات مالية تدرج في عمليات تسيره وحفظه وحمايته وترميمه، وهو ما يضمن استمراريته وبالتالي استمرارية استغلاله. وقد أثبتت مجموعة من التجارب الدولية التي استثمرت في التراث وقدمته كمنتج سياحي فاعلية هذا التوجه إذا ما تم وفق الأسس السابقة الذكر من خلال أرقام النمو الكبيرة التي حققها قطاع السياحة في بعض الدول. We have discussed this research, based on a range of international data and experiences, the requirements and criteria for exploiting archaeological heritage in the industry and supporting cultural tourism, which is essentially about ensuring the integrity and sustainability of this heritage and then ensuring that it benefits from the proceeds of this exploitation in the context of financing its management, preservation and restoration, Then we reviewed the forms of this exploitation and the mechanisms by which it is carried out, allowing us to discover the different opportunities and broad prospects that archaeological heritage can give to cultural tourism and contribute effectively to its industry or at least to support its options and offers, In return, we have discovered that adherence to international requirements and standards in the tourism exploitation of archaeological heritage has several benefits for the reconciliation of archaeological heritage, This heritage benefits from financial revenues included in its operation, preservation, protection and restoration, thereby ensuring its sustainability and thus its continued exploitation, A series of international experiences have demonstrated that investment in archaeological heritage and its introduction as a tourism product can be very successful if carried out on the aforementioned grounds.otherتراث أثري؛ استغلال؛ سياحة ثقافية؛ حماية؛ انعكاساتarchaeological heritageexploitationcultural tourismconservationimpactArticle
