بيطاط, نورالدينكريبش, نبيل2022-12-122022-12-122021-01-01https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/3522413-427 مقال نشر في المجلة الجزائرية للأمن والتنمية المجلد 10 العدد 01 صتتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة وصفية وتحليلية حول موضوع تقنيات التصويت الإلكتروني من خلال إستقراء تجارب بعض الدول التي طبقت هذه التقنيات، لمعرفة مدى أهميتها التي إزداد إستخدامها في الممارسات الديمقراطية المعاصرة لتطوير وتحسين إجراءات العملية الإنتخابية. وتمثلت أهم النتائج في كون التصويت الإلكتروني يحسن من أداء العملية الإنتخابية بتوفير الوقت، التكاليف، الجهد وتوسيع مجال المشاركة الشعبية بعد تراجع مستويات الثقة والشفافية في أساليب التصويت التقليدي، بالرغم من بعض التحديات التي تؤثر عند تطبيق هذه التقنيات على مستوى السرية، الخصوصية والأمن السيبراني. This research paper examines a descriptive and analytical study on the subject of e -voting techniques, by extrapolating the experiences of some countries that have applied these techniques, to see their importance, which has increased in their use in contemporary democratic practices to develop and improve the procedures of the electoral process.
