Abstract: This research aims to study the zakat in terms of the complementarity of legislation on the one hand and misapplication on the other hand, stating its nature, and the purposes of its religious, social and economic legislation, then searching in the reality of people where we find the application defect is represented in the reluctance of some to paying their zakat or misallocating others ’ zakat, then trying to give alternatives and solutions.otherالزكاة؛مقاصد التشريعخلل التطبيقArticle
