This article attempts to investigate the nature of political culture in light of the 2020 constitutional amendment from the theoretical aspect, then the legal constitutional determinants in shaping political culture as a step towards revealing the centrality of democratic values and reaching the stage of democratic consolidation through political participation. Political culture in Algeria works to create and shape many societal political institutions, and its nature participates in determining the paths towards which these structures are heading, because of its direct impact on the convictions and behaviors of individuals and groups.
