This study aims to highlight the importance of technology in managing shortages and surpluses of vaccines and medical equipment during times of disasters and crises, with a focus on innovative digital solutions for healthcare challenges. The study emphasizes the role of modern technologies such as the LSS system, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing in improving the efficiency of medical supply management, reducing errors, and ensuring equitable and effective resource distribution. The results show that the use of technology contributes to improving the speed of humanitarian response and enhances the ability of health systems to adapt to unexpected circumstances. Moreover, these digital solutions promote transparency and coordination among stakeholders, aiding in the improved delivery of healthcare services and timely distribution of equipment and vaccines to affected areas.
