In a complex and dynamic environment such as a healthcare environment that requires constant innovation to balance customer expectations and cost, the key challenge remains to effectively manage information and knowledge to improve performance. Therefore, this study aims at high light the reality of the application of knowledge management in this sector, The study concluded that the application of knowledge management in health care sector is essential.
