The simple joint-stock company is a form of commercial company that was established under Law No. 22-09 issued on May 5, 2022, which amends and supplements the Algerian Commercial Code. This study aimed to cover the various financing methods available for simple joint-stock companies, in light of the rule that prohibits public recourse to savings and the offering of their shares on the stock exchange.
