نوال قاوز2025-09-142025-09-142025-07-31مجلة الإحياء، كلية العلوم الإسلامية، جامعة باتنة1، المجلد 25، العدد 2، الرقم التسلسلي للعدد 37، جويلية 2025، ص-ص: 177-1961112-4350https://dspace.univ-batna.dz/handle/123456789/8562يعالج البحث موضوع استغلال المقاصد عند أصحاب الفكر الحداثي بدعوى مراعاة المصالح والتيسير على الناس ومواكبة تطور العصر، وكيفية قراءتهم لنصوص الوحي من كتاب وسنة بناءً عليها، ويبين أن هذا الاستغلال والقراءة كانا مبتورين لا اعتبار فيهما لكليات التشريع الثابتة ولا لأصوله، وأن الغاية كانت تمييع دلالات النصوص، وتحويل مسارات فهمه إلى رؤى ضبابية غير مضبوطة؛ ومن ثم وقع الحداثيون في أخطاء شنيعة تأصيلا وتطبيقًا. وقد ضربت لذلك أمثلة، وعرضت نماذج من فتاوى شاذة عند أصحاب الفكر الحداثي، وبينت ما لها من آثار سلبية تستوجب الحماية من مثل هذه الأفكار الدخيلة الضالة المضلة، خاصة وأنهم يلبسون على الناس بالانطلاق من منطلقات يزعمون أنها شرعية وهي غير ذلك تماما في الحقيقة. The research addresses the exploitation of maqasid by Lemodernisme thinkers and their interpretation of religious texts based on these principles. It demonstrates that this exploitation and interpretation are fragmented, disregarding the established principles and foundations of Islamic legislation. The aim has been to dilute the meanings of the texts and shift their understanding to vague and imprecise perspectives, leading Lemodernismests to commit serious errors both in theory and practice.
