Abstract

إن ثقافة التغيير تهدف إلى حل مشاكل المؤسسة من خلال توفير المعلومات اللازمة لذلك، وكذا تحقيق نظام حيوي في اتخاذ القرارات وتبادل الاتصالات في مختلف الاتجاهات والمجالات، وكذا تشجيع الرقابة والدفع نحو الارتقاء والتوافق مع المتغيرات العالمية الحاصلة The culture of change aims to solve the organization's problems by providing the necessary information, as well as achieving a vital system of decision-making and communication exchange in various directions and areas, as well as encouraging oversight and pushing for advancement and compatibility with global changes.
