Abstract

ملخص: أصبح الحفاظ على الاستقرار المالي هدفا مهما لمعظم البنوك المركزية والمؤسسات المالية الدولية والتي أصبحت تصدر تقارير دورية عن الاستقرار المالي وتخصص جانبا مهما من جوانب نشاطها لدراسة الاستقرار المالي والسعي لتحقيقه. لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبحث عن مفهوم الاستقرار المالي ومؤشرات قياسه، وقد تم التوصل إلى أنه لا يوجد تعريف موحد للاستقرار المالي، ويعتمد قياسه على مجموعة من المؤشرات الأساسية التي تهتم بتقييم أداء وسلامة الجهاز المصرفي وأخرى تتعلق بالمتغيرات الاقتصادية الكلية المرتبطة بسلامة النظام المالي ككل. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاستقرار المالي؛ الأزمات المالية؛ النظام المالي؛ الجهاز المصرفي. summary: Maintaining financial stability has become an important goal for most central banks and international financial institutions, which have begun to issue periodic reports on financial stability and devote an important aspect of their activity to studying financial stability and striving to achieve it. Therefore, this study came to search for the concept of financial stability and indicators for measuring it.
