مدى فعالية الحكم الرشيد في الجرائر

Abstract

يعتبر الحكم الرشيد من أبرز المفاهيم المعاصرة التي ظهرت مع دراسات البنك الدولي، ونظرا لأهميته كمقاربة إصلاحية في المجتمعات؛ فإن جميع دول العالم تحاول تبنيه في مختلف المجالات، إذ تعد الجزائر كغيرها من الدول تحاول تكريسه وتعزيز مضامينه المتعلقة أساسًا بــــــــــ : الشفافية ومكافحة الفساد وبناء الاستقرار السياسي، إذ أن معرفة وجود هذه المؤشرات في الجزائر ومدى تطبيقها سيقودنا لتحليلها وفق الأرقام الصادرة عن البنك الدولي. Good governance is among the contemporary concepts that emerged along the World Bank studies, and given its importance as a reformative approach in societies; most world countries are attempting to adopt it in different fields. Algeria, like other countries, is trying to consecrate and reinforce its contents, that basically include : transparency and fighting corruption in addition to building political stability, Knowing of the existence of these indicators in Algeria and the extent of their application will lead us to analyze them according to the figures issued by the World Bank.
