الآثار النفسية الصدمية لجائحة كورونا على الأطباء وأشباه الأطباء (دراسة ميدانية ببعض مستشفيات مدينة قالمة، الجزائر)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف على عن الآثار النفسية الصدمية لدى الأطباء وأشباه الأطباء في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي فرضتها جائحة كورونا على القطاع الصحي الجزائري، لدى عينة من الأطباء وأشباه الأطباء ببعض مستشفيات مدينة قالمة، والتي بلغ قوامها 40 طبيبا وطبيبة و60 من أشباه الأطباء، حيث وزعت عليهم استمارة من اعداد الباحثتان بقصد التعرف على الآثار النفسية الصدمية التي نتجت عن الجائحة، معتمدتين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتوصلت الدراسة الى وجود آثار نفسية صدمية متفاوتة لدى عي This study aimed to reveal the traumatic psychological impacts of doctors and paramidicals in light of the exceptional circumstances imposed by the Corona pandemic on the Algerian health sector, among a sample of doctors and paramidicals in some hospitals in the city of Guelma, Algeria, it consisted of 40 doctors and 60 paramidicals. A form prepared by the researchers with the intention of identifying the traumatic psychological impacts that resulted from the pandemic. The researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach. the study concluded that there are varying traumatic psychological impacts on the study sample.
