Abstract

لم تعد مسألة دمج ذوي الهمم اليوم تقتصر على المعاملات الاجتماعية والثقافية والصحية والتعليمية والمهنية؛ بل تعدتها إلى الجوانب الهندسية والمعمارية، ورغم ذلك فإن هذا الموضوع لم يحظ إلى حد الساعة بالاهتمام الكافي - خاصة إذا تعلق الأمر بمجتمعاتنا العربية والنامية-. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الدراسة من أجل تسليط الضوء على أهمية التصميم الشامل للبيئة العمرانية الخارجية والداخلية في دمج هذه الشريحة من المجتمع، وانتهت الى التأكيد على ضرورة إتاحة إمكانية الوصول بما يمكن من دمجهم في المجتمع، وعدم اختزال احتياجاتهم في المتطلبات المتعلقة بأنواع الإعاقات التي يعانون منها، بل يجب أن تتعداها إلى المطالبة بمجتمع يحتوي الجميع، ومستوى معيشة أفضل، ومنحهم القدرة على تقبل الذات، وتعايشهم مع إعاقاتهم بشكل ايجابي، وهنا سيكون الأمر متعلقا بالسعي نحو خلق بيئة عمرانية أكثر ملاءمة للعيش، وأكثر تمكينا من الحركة، والمشاركة الفعالة التي تحمل نوعية حياة أفضل، professional; Rather, it exceeded it to the engineering and architectural aspects, and despite that, this topic has not received sufficient attention - especially when it comes to our Arab and developing societies -. Hence, this study came in order to shed light on the importance of the comprehensive design of the external and internal urban environment in integrating this segment of society, and ended with emphasizing the need to provide access to enable their integration into society, Their needs should not be reduced to the requirements related to the types of disabilities they suffer from, but should go beyond them to demand a society that includes everyone, a better standard of living, give them the ability to accept themselves, and coexist with their disabilities in a positive way, and here it will be related to the pursuit of creating a more suitable urban environment for living more mobility, active participation that carries a better quality of life
