الإطار المؤسسي للوقاية من الفساد المالي ومكافحته في الجزائر

Abstract

أخذت ظاهرة الفساد المالي في الجزائر منحى خطير جدا في الآونة الأخيرة، خاصة بعد أن مست عدة قطاعات اقتصادية هامة والتي أثرت تأثيرا سلبيا على فرص التنمية الاقتصادية في البلاد، وهذا ما دفع بالمشرع الجزائري إلى وضع جملة من الآليات المؤسسية من خلال إنشاء هيئات رقابية قبلية وبعدية للوقاية من الفساد ومكافحته، كما منحت عدة صلاحيات رقابية للبرلمان في مجال الرقابة على المال العامRecently the financial corruption phenomenon in Algeria has taken a very dangerous path, mainly after stroking multiple important economic sectors and which left a direct negative impact on economic development opportunities in the country because of the deficiency of budgets destined to finance development projects locally or nationally. That has led the Algerian legislator to put a group of the institutional mechanisms throughout the creation of before and after control bodies to prevent and fight corruption.
