Abstract

لقد أصبحت الحوكمة من أهم المصطلحات الشائعة في أوساط الهيئات الدولية و السياسيين و الأكاديميين خلال العقود الثلاثة الأخيرة،و هي نظام متكامل يضم الدولة و المجتمع المدني و الأفراد، يعمل بشكل دائم و مستمر لإدارة و مراقبة و تقييم السياسات و الأداء من خلال القوانين و الأسس في إطار تحديد المسؤوليات و المحاسبة و تهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية الشاملة بكل أبعادها. و امتدت الحوكمة الرشيدة لتشمل كافة القطاعات و على رأسها قطاع النقل الحضري باعتباره شريان حياة المدن و تختلف حوكمة النقل الحضري من مدينة إلى أخرى في جميع أنحاء العالم وترتبط بالموروثات المؤسسية والملكية و مدى تطور الدول،و نهدف من خلال هذه المداخلة إلى التعرف على بعض التجارب الدولية الرائدة في مجال حوكمة النقل الحضري.
