سؤال الارتفاق الكوني والبيئي من المنظور العقدي عند النجار

Abstract

لقد انبرى من علماء المسلمين المعاصرين عدد ليس بالقليل لتوضيح الرؤية الإسلامية للبيئة، والسعي لإيجاد الحلول العملية لها، مع تزايد التغيرات المناخية واشتداد الأزمة البيئية؛ ولعل من أبرزهم عبد المجيد النجار الذي اعتبر مسألة الارتفاق الكوني والبيئي من المباحث العقدية المحضة، التي تعاضدت الأدلة الشرعية والتطبيقات العملية في فقه التحضر الإسلامي بتبيين العلاقة العقدية بين الإنسان وكونه، وترشيد عملية مباشرته لهذا الكون بالرفق والاستنفاع المقنن. A great number of contemprary muslim scholars have endeavored to clarify the islamic vision of the environement and strive to find practical solution for it with the increasing environmental changes and the intensification of the environmental crisis. Perhaps the most prominent of the mis Abdal-Nadjar who cosmic and environemental sympathy one of purely doctrinal investigations which interwine the legal evidence and practical application in the juris prudence of Islamic civilization by elarifying the normal relationship between man and his being and rationalizing him to this univers with kindness and regulated utilization.
