أثر التحرير التجاري الدولي على الميزان التجاري الجزائري دراسة تحليلية – للفترة ( 2000 - 2022

Abstract

الملخص : في ظل تطور المنظمة العالمية للتجارة وتهاتف الانضمام إليها، وفي واقع تتزايد فيه باستمرار الشراكات الاقليمية والتي تشكل قوة للتجارة متعددة الأطراف بداية من تحريرها إقليميا، وجب توجيه الاقتصاد الوطني بأكثر انفتاحيه وتواجه الجزائر تحديات حقيقية في إطار الانفتاح التجاري الذي يعكس درجة المبادلات التجارية الخارجية للدولة من حيث الصادرات والواردات، وقد جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتبرز أثر التحرير التجاري الدولي على الميزان التجاري في الجزائر خلال الفترة ) 2000 - 2022 ( وذلك من خلال دراسة تطور سياسة التحرير التجاري في الجزائر ثم تطور الميزان التجاري خلال فترة الدراسة، كما تم من خلال هذه الورقة قياس تطور معدل الانفتاح التجاري في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: التحرير التجاري، الميزان التجاري، الصادرات، الواردات، PIB Abstract: In light of the development of the World Trade Organization and the call to join it, and in a reality in which regional partnerships are constantly increasing, which constitute a force for multilateral trade starting with its regional liberalization, the national economy must be directed more openly, and Algeria faces real challenges within the framework of trade openness, which reflects the degree of the country’s foreign trade exchanges from In terms of exports and imports, this research paper highlights the impact of international trade liberalization on the trade balance in Algeria during the period (2000 2022) by studying the development of the trade liberalization policy in Algeria and then the development of the trade balance during the study period, as was done through this paper.
