أثر جائحة كورونا (كوفيد 19) على الدراسات الأمنية

Abstract

تحاول هذه الدراسة استكشاف التأثيرات المحتملة لجائحة الفيروس التاجي (كوفيد 19) على تطوّر الدراسات الأمنية المعاصرة، عبر استعراض التداعيات التي يمكن أن تحدثها الجائحة على توزيعات القوة في النظام الدولي، وعلى فلسفة الحكم المحلي والعالمي، مع التركيز على أهم الأجندات البحثية في مجال الأمن كالأمن الإنساني والأمننة، وعلاقتها بمسارات السيناريوهات المفترضة لأهم الإتجاهات البحثية في دراسة موضوع الأمن. This study attempts to explore the possible effects of the corona virus pandemic (Covid 19) on the development of contemporary security studies, by reviewing the implications that the pandemic can have on power distributions in the international system, and on the philosophy of local and global governance, with a focus on the most important research agendas in security such as Human security and securitization, and its relationship to the presumed scenarios pathways for the most important research directions in the security studies.
