تـقنيـات وضـوابـط استخـدام البصمـة الـوراثيـة

Abstract

يعتبر تحليل الحمض النووي تقنية تستخدم لمعرفة العوامل الوراثية لمختلف خلايا الكائنات الحية، ويتم تحليل الحمض النووي لخلايا جسم الإنسان بهدف الحصول على بصمة وراثية تحدد هوية الأشخاص ولذلك فقد عمل المشرع الجزائري على تنظيم كيفيات وشروط استخدام البصمة الوراثية بموجب القانون رقم 16-03 مؤرخ في 19/06/2016 يتعلق باستعمال البصمة الوراثية في الإجراءات القضائية والتعرف على الأشخاص. Genetic analysis is a technique for analyzing the genome of organism cells using different types of DNA analysis techniques. Genetic analyzes are carried out on any type of organism and in humans they are used in a medical or legal framework, such as paternity tests, forensic medicine, as well as in judicial and criminal investigations. To this end, the Algerian legislator has put in place the law N°: 16/03 of 19/06/2016 on the use of the legal imprint in judicial proceedings and the identification of persons.
