Abstract

كانت العلاقة بين الأسرة المروانية تشوبها الصراعات الظاهرة والخفية خاصة بين الخلفاء وولاة عهدهم في ظل تدخل عناصر خارجية مما أدى إلى تأزم الوضع السياسي وإلى النفور أكثر بينهم، وازداد الوضع تدهوراً بعد وصول أبناء الخلفاء الى الحكم، فازدادت الأزمات السياسية بينهم وأدت إلى أسلوب الاغتيالات للوصول إلى الحكم والبقاء فيه، فتدهورت الأوضاع السياسية مما أدى إلى سقوط الدولة الأموية، هذا ما يطمح المقال للإجابة عليه وتحقيق أهدافه بمنهج تاريخي استقرائي. Relations within the Marwanid dynasty were marred by apparent and hidden conflicts, especially between the caliphs and their crown princes, in light of the interference of outside elements, which led to a worsening of the political situation and further alienation between them. But after the crown princes reached the sons of the caliphs, the political crises multiplied between them and led to the method of assassinations, leading to the rule or remaining in it. The political situation has deteriorated, and this is perhaps the most important reason that led to the downfall of the Umayyad dynasty, this is what the article aspires to answer and achieve its goals with a inductive historical approach.
