Abstract

الملخص: علم المناعة النفسية العصبية يعد من العلوم الرائدة والحديثة في مجال العلوم العصبية، وهو يدرس العلاقة بين العوامل النفسية وكل من الجهاز العصبي، الغددي والمناعي، بحيث يمكن للجانب الوجداني التأثير على النظام العصبي الذي بدوره يؤثر على كل من التنظيم الغددي ثم النظام المناعي والعكس، فهناك تداخل بين الجانب النفسي للفرد والجانب الفسيولوجي بطريقة لا يمكن الفصل بينها، فالعوامل الوجدانية السلبية كالحزن والاكتئاب والغضب تؤثر سلبا على الجانب الفسيولوجي خاصة الجهاز المناعي مما يؤدي إلى احتمال الإصابة بمختلف الأمراض ، بينما للعوامل الإيجابية كالفرح والتفاؤل لها تأثير إيجابي على الناحية الفسيولوجية مما يعطي الفرد القدرة على مقاومة الأمراض والتماثل للشفاء إذا كان مريضا. Abstract: Psycho-neuro-immunology is one of the new sciences in the field of neuroscience which studies the relationship between psychological factors and the neurological, endocrine and immunological system; because the affective side can act on the neurological system which also acts on the endocrine and immunological system, for example depression, anger act negatively on the physiological and immune system; which leads to the possibility of suffering from various diseases; on the other hand, the positive factors such as joy, hope positively influence the physiological side which gives a capacity to fight against pathologies and cure for patients
