الفساد والآليات المؤسساتية لمكافحته في الجزائـــــــــــر

Abstract

تعد ظاهرة الفساد من الظواهر الخطيرة التي تواجه الدول وبالأخص النامية بما فيها الجزائر، والتي مست بعملية التنمية حيث تنطوي على تدمير البنى التحتية للدولة، اذ لقيت هذه المشكلة اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين واتفقت الآراء على ضرورة وضع وتأسيس إطار عمل مؤسسي الغرض منه تطويق المشكلة وعلاجها من خلال خطوات جدية ومحددة واستراتيجيات لمكافحة الفساد بكل صوره ومظاهره وفي كافة مجالات الحياة لتعجيل عملية التنمية الشاملة. The phenomenon of corruption from dangerous phenomena facing countries, especially the developing ones, including Algeria, which touched the development process as involving the destruction of the infrastructure of the country. Because this problem received much attention from researchers, and agreed views on the development, and establishment of an institutional framework designed to encircle the problem and treatment though serious and specific steps and strategies to combat corruption in all its forms and manifestations and in all areas of life to accelerate the overall development process.
