الفكر السّياسي من منظور إسلامي

Abstract

تتمثّل أهمّيّة الدّراسة في أنّ الفكر السّياسي الإسلامي أرسى الأصول والقواعد الأساسيّة للأفكار السّياسية للدّولة الإسلاميّة، ونظّم العلاقات بين السّلطات وبين الحاكم والمحكوم، وبَيَّنَ منظومة الأخلاق السّياسيّة وحدودها وقيودها. ممّا طرح إشكاليّةَ زَعْمِ بعض الأطراف والاتّجاهات أنْ ليس لديه القدرة والأهليّة والكفاءة لإدارة المجتمع سياسيًّا واجتماعيًّا واقتصاديًّا وعسكريًّا وثقافيًّا، وعجزه عن مواكبة العصر، ممّا جعل الاهتمام به ودراسته دراسة جادّة تُظهِرُ دُرَرَهُ وجَوَاهِرَهُ أولى الأولويّات في هذه الأيّام. وقد ظهر للباحث من خلال هذا المقال أنّ الفكر الإسلاميّ اشتمل على أهمّ القواعد والأسس الّتي تنتظم وتضبط الحياة السّياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والفكريّة للمجتمعات الإسلاميّة، و له القدرة أن يضع لكلّ ناحية منها نظامًا محكمًا قويًّا متماسكًا ما يعجز عنه أيّ نظامٍ وضعيٍّ في العالم، تحتاج كُتّابا وباحثين جادّين يبذلون قصاراهم في بيانها، وأن تكون عندهم الثّقة بها؛ لأنّها قادرة على حَلِّ كُلِّ القضايا والمشاكل في المجتمع الإسلاميّ وغيره. The importance of the study is that Islamic political thought established the basic principles and rules for the political ideas of the Islamic state, regulated the relations between the authorities and between the ruler and the ruled, and clarified the system of political ethics and its limits and restrictions. Which raised the problem of the claim of some parties and trends that it does not have the ability, qualifications, or competence to manage society politically, socially, economically, militarily, and culturally, and its inability to keep pace with the times, which made interest in it and serious study of it that reveals its pearls and gems the first priority these days. It has become clear to the researcher through this article that Islamic thought includes the most important rules and foundations that organize and control the political, economic, social and intellectual life of Islamic societies, and it has the ability to establish for each aspect of it a strong, cohesive system that is impossible for any positive system in the world. It needs writers and researchers. They are serious and do their best to explain it, and they must have confidence in it. Because it is capable of solving all issues and problems in the Islamic community and elsewhere.
