Abstract

يحظى النقل السككي بأهمية بالغة في تحقيق التنمية لما له من مزايا كبيرة و دور فعال في نقل الأشخاص و انسياب التدفقات و الإمدادات في الوقت المناسب لتزويد سلاسل الإنتاج و التوزيع، و لكن وسائط النقل و من بينها النقل السككي تخلق العديد من المشاكل على المستوى البيئي و على جودة حياة البشر بسبب تلوث الهواء و انبعاث الغازات الدفيئة، و التغيرات المناخية السلبية المترتبة على الاستهلاك المستمر و المتزايد للطاقات غير المتجددة المستخدمة في وسائل النقل مما يستلزم اتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة و مستدامة للتخفيف من التلوث و المحافظة على مكتسبات التطور.

Rail transport is of great importance in achieving development because of its great advantages and effective role in transporting people and the timely flow of flows and supplies to supply production and distribution chains. However, the means of transport, including railway transport, create many problems at the environmental level and It affects the quality of human life due to air pollution, the emission of greenhouse gases, and the negative climate changes resulting from the continuous and increasing consumption of non-renewable energies used in transportation, which necessitates taking urgent and sustainable measures to mitigate pollution and preserve the gains of development.
