دور الجامعة في تعزيز روح المواطنة والبناء الديمقراطي.

Abstract

على اعتبار أن الجامعة هي المؤسسة الإجتماعية التي تحضن بين جنباتها التربوية معظم الشريحة الشبابية في المجتمع، فإن دورها يعد الأخطر والأكثر أهمية في هذا المجال، وتعتبر التربية السياسية السليمة التي يتلقاها الطالب في مؤسسته الجامعية من محددات سلوكه السياسي وتعزيز روح المواطنة فيه. وتعد الجامعة أحد أهم القنوات الناقلة للمعرفة والتربية السياسية وأداة فعالة في تنمية الإحساس بالانتماء للمجتمع والمهارات الضرورية للمشاركة في تنمية الوطن والحفاظ على استقراره، وبناء مخرجات جامعية واعية بحقوق المواطنة ومسؤولياتها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التربية السياسية السليمة والمواطنة متغيران متصلان وللجامعة دور رئيسي في تعزيزهما، لأنها تمثل الواقع الحقيقي الذي يستدعي ترابط التربية السياسية السليمة وروح المواطنة.والتي تنتقل للمجتمع عبر قنوات عديدة. كما أثبتت الدراسة ضرورة الإهتمام بالتربية السياسية في الوسط الجامعي والإعتماد عليها لتعزيز البناء الديمقراطي، والذي بدوره يساعد على مشاركة جميع الأطراف في نجاح العملية السياسية. Considering that the university is the social institution that embraces among its educational aspects most of the youth in society, its role is considered the most dangerous and most important in this field, and sound political education received by the student in his university institution is one of the determinants of his political behavior and the strengthening of the spirit of citizenship in it. The university is one of the most important channels for the transmission of knowledge and political education and an effective tool in developing a sense of community and the skills necessary to participate in the development of the country and maintain its stability, and building university outcomes that are aware of citizenship rights and responsibilities. The study concluded that sound political education and citizenship are two related variables, and the university has a major role in promoting them, because it represents the real reality that requires the interconnection of sound political education and the spirit of citizenship, which is transmitted to society through many channels. The study also demonstrated the necessity of taking care of political education in the university environment and relying on it to enhance democratic construction, which in turn helps all parties to participate in the success of the political process.
