القواعد الحديثية في الشَّرح الحديثي عند ابن رسلان من خلال شرحه على سنن أبي داود – دراسة تطبيقية -

Abstract

بعد استقراء كتاب شرح ابن رسلان على سنن أبي داود من أجل العمل على أطروحة الدكتوراه الخاصَّة بي، وقفت على بعض القواعد الحديثية التي وضَّفها ابن رسلان رحمه الله في شرحه، فأحببت أن أخرجها في هذا البحث مبيِّنا تطبيقاتها في الشرح الحديثي عند ابن رسلان، فتوصلت في الأخير إلى عمق علم ابن رسلان وتمكُّنه من علم الحديث، واهتمامه بقواعده وتوظيفها في شرحه لسنن أبي داود، سواء ما تعلَّق منها بالإسناد أو بالمتن. After studying Ibn Raslan's book in order to work on my doctoral thesis, I came across some of the hadith rules; that Ibn Raslan used in his explanation. So I highlighted it in this research with showing its applications in the explanation of the hadiths at the Imam, and in the end I reached the depth of knowledge of Ibn Raslan, and his mastery of the science of hadiths, and his interest in its rules and use its in his explanation of Sunan Abi Dawood, whether related to the chain of reporters or the text. key words: Ibn Raslan; The explanation; Sunan Abi Dawood; The hadith rules; Applications.
